Our Program

Our program is co-sponsored by the City of Grapevine's Parks and Recreation Department.  We work closely with the City of Grapevine to bring you and your children a top quality, safe, and fun experience at our adventure day camps.  Look for more programs through the Grapevine Parks and Recreation Department throughout the year.

Adventure Team History

Adventure Team is an eight year old outdoor and adventure organization, based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Adventure Team organizes and facilitates 20 to 30 outdoor adventure events each month for our club members, schools, churches, and corporate clients.

Today, with the help of many talented individuals, we are proud to offer our kids programs that will have the same great quality as our adult programs have enjoyed for over eight years.

Our Kids Camp director, Jennifer Patterson, personally develops and supervises every aspect of our camps, ensuring top quality, safety, and fun!

Emergency Procedures

All camp Team Leaders are CPR and First Aid certified.   All Team Leaders have specific training on how to handle emergency situations, contact procedures, and safety procedures.  Our location offers several medical facilities in the immediate area.

Our policy is to contact the parent(s) immediately if any health concerns arise.

Employment Qualifications
-all adult team (minimum age 18)
-all CPR and First Aid Certified
-must participate in 24 hours of training in the areas of:
   child development
   team building
   safety
   customer service
   special needs
   disaster training
-must have criminal background check and be subject to drug testing throughout the summer
-must attend weekly meetings and training seminars throughout the summer
-most importantly, you must love kids!
